Our backgrounds are diverse, and our gender balance is unusual for the construction industry: generally between 40/60 and 50/50.

We work at all RIBA work stages from feasibility through to construction and beyond, and we think that‘s important.

We generally have a range of project types and sizes, delivered through a range of procurement methods, including ‘traditional‘ contracts.
