Nick's experience and current projects include The Atrium Building, Sheerness Docyard Church, East City Point, Enfield Town Library, UCL Thornhaugh Mews, University of Liverpool Library, University of East Anglia Library, University of Kent Library, Open University Library, City Social Sciences Entrance, Bounds Green School, Sunnyhill School,
He has led our work on a wide range of projects in housing and education. Nick has participated in the Open City charity's programme to promote a greater understanding of architecture in schools, and gives talks on architecture to school age children. He has acted as a professional examiner for RIBA Part III at the London Metropolitan School of Architecture.
Nick joined the practice in 1999, became an Associate in 2001, Associate Director in 2006, Director in 2008, and is now our Managing Director. He is also a member of the Association for Project Management having gained a PM qualification in 2004, and has trained as a BREEAM facilitator
Ann Lakshmanan

Ann's experience and current projects include Honilands School, Hartley School, Capel Manor School, Salisbury School, New City School, Kensington School, Elmington Green and Telferscot, Other work includes projects for The Girls' Day School Trust, Enfield, Stonebridge, Camden, City University London, and new PFI housing in Lambeth.
Ann joined us in 2004, becoming Associate in 2007, an Associate Director in 2011 and a Director in July 2014.
Charles Dokk-Olsen

Charles' experience and current projects include Percy Gee East Wing, The School of Business at Brookfield, New VIc College, Warneford Hospital Masterplan, Stamford Court Conference Centre, University of Leicester Residential Training and Conference Centre, Bennett Foyer, Clapton Library, School of Pharmacy.and UEA Central Library.
Charles has led our work on a wide range of projects in education, working with listed buildings and interiors, at Parliament, with ibraries and at urban design and masterplan level. He joined Shepheard Epstein Hunter in 1999, became an Associate in 2007, an Associate Director in 2011 and a Director in July 2014.
Tzeh Bin Cheong

Bin's experience and current projects include Elmington Green, East City Point, Sarah Bonnell School, Upton Cross School, Fawood Avenue, Ada Lewis House, Honilands School, Paddington Green School, Blackfriars Settlement and Sunnyhill School. Bin leads our programme of development and integration of Building Information Modelling (BIM) systems.
Bin joined SEH in January 2004, became an Associate in July 2013, Associate Director in 2017 and in 2019 is now a Director.
Steven Pidwill

Steven‘s experience and current projects include listed buildings, schools, libraries, universities, and housing in both sectors. He has led our framework teams for schools, universities and Parliament. His projects include Warneford Hospital Masterplan, University of Leicester Development Framework Plan, Percy Gee Students Union Building, Kings Avenue School, Freedom Quay, Clapton Library, The Edge, ITF House, Hartley School, Concorde, and Sarah Bonnell School,
He has written reviews and articles on sustainable housing, Passivhaus buldings, libraries, business schools, halls of residence, schools and listed buildings and on play and sport for children. He is APM-qualified as a project manager, an Associate Member of the Association for Project Safety, has been a CABE enabler (and is now a Design Council CABE Building Environment Expert) and wrote the CABE guide to transforming school buildings. He is currently Chair of the Part III profesional examining panel at Cambridge University and has also examined at the Bartlett and Nottingham University. Steven joined us in 1982, became a Director in 1988 and has been our Chairman since 2011.
Maggie Bray ACMA, CGMA

Maggie joined Shepheard Epstein Hunter in April 2008 and is responsible for the day to day running of our accounts section.
Maggie became an Associate of the practice in June 2014 and in 2018 Maggie became our Finance Director.
Sapna Shah

Architect
Sapna joined Shepheard Epstein Hunter in October 2005, qualified and registered as an architect in 2008 and became an Associate of the practice in June 2014.
Sapna's experience includes our projects for the London Borough of Camden, the International Transport Workers Federation, and London South Bank University and she currently leads our team for Putney High School Performing Arts Centre.
Sapna is currently leads our team for a new three storey teaching and learning building at the University of Leicester School of Business at Brookfield.
Dr Patricia Martin del Guayo

Architect, Master of Architecture in Urban Design (Harvard), PhD in Sustainable Urban Design (AA)
Patricia joined Shepheard Epstein Hunter in March 2015, having gained her architecture degree in Spain and gained experience in several offices in Spain and Germany, and with her own practice. She holds a Master of Architecture in Urban Design qualification from Harvard, and a PhD in Sustainable Urban Design from the Architectural Association in London. Patricia's work with us includes masterplanning for new homes in East London, five major masterplanning projects and proposals for new homes for the University of Oxford.
Patricia is currently heading our team to regenerate the former John Ellis school site, the National Space Park for the University of Leicester. Phase One is currently on site and further plans have been brought forward for Phase Two.
We now have pleasure in calling Patricia "Dr Patricia" and also becoming an Associate in 2018.
Hilary Ennos

Architect
Hilary joined Shepheard Epstein Hunter in October 2014 having gained experience in the Lake District, and on residential projects in Chelsea. Hilary has been central to our work on the Elephant Studios and other projects for London South Bank University, projects for the Girls“ Day School Trust and the University of Oxford, and our East Wing extension project for the Percy Gee Building at the University of Leicester.
Having recently finished working on mixed use building in
Hackney with doctor surgery, dentist surgery and nine apartments, Hilary is now
working on two projects; as part of a team for a community housing project in
Lewisham and as project controller for an education project for four schools with
London Borough of Richmond. The school project briefs are for two new build
SEN schools collocated with existing secondary schools, internal works for a
new Special Resource Provision at a secondary school and a feasibility study
for accommodating a bulge class and an additional form of entry for another
secondary school.
Hilary became an Associate in 2018.
George Georgiou

George is our Practice & Quality Manager and joined Shepheard Epstein Hunter in 1995,becoming an Associate of the practice in 2007. George set up and manages our integrated Quality and Environmental Management System (QEMS) and ensures its continued compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. He supports our competitive submissions and ensures the smooth running of our office and our Phoenix Yard business community.
Reinis Kokins
Designer
RIBA Part II Architectural Assistant
Reinis joined Shepheard Epstein Hunter in May 2016. After obtaining a masters degree in architecture in Politecnico di Milano he gained experience of residential architecture in Latvia.
Reinis has recently finished working on a large housing redevelopment project at Elmington Green, South London and using his Revit skills is now heading up team running a residential project in Colindale, North London for 163 units.
Ana Carp
Designer
Ana joined Shepheard Epstein Hunter in 2019 and has worked on Higher Education and Masterplanning projects. With over 10 years of relevant architectural professional experience, Ana is making a positive difference in projects through conscientious understanding of client’s requirement.
Ana is currently delivering a major higher education research building, working closely with the contractor.
Seetal Mistry
Designer
Seetal joined Shepheard Epstein Hunter in 2019 and has worked on a range of projects since joining including mixed used developments, masterplanning and education projects.
Since joining, Seetal has worked on a major estate masterplan, including resident consultation sessions, feasibility studies for secondary school projects and delivery of mixed use building including a library, GP surgeries and residential development.
Joseph Sterling
Designer
Joe graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 2010 before going on to study at the Mackintosh School of Architecture and qualifying as an Architect in 2017 via the Bartlett School of Architecture.
He joined Shepheard Epstein Hunter in 2020 having previously worked for IDOM, the Spanish owned international practice, and RM Architects Ltd located in Kentish Town.
His experience is mainly in new build residential developments for the major UK developers, as well as in the hospitality sector and regeneration. Joe has been developing SEH's residential expertise.
Hasan Abbas
Designer
Hasan joined Shepheard Epstein Hunter in May 2017. He completed his Part II qualification at London Metropolitan University, gained experience in London with an architecture and structural engineering studio and recently recently completed his Part 3 studies at Westminster University.
Hasan is currently working on a refurbishment and extension project to a Victorian Board School in London and a new sixth form centre for an independent school in Kent
Jaibo Titus
Designer
Jaibo joined us in August 2019. He started of at the University of Westminster gaining his part 1 (Bachelor of Science), Part 2 (Postgraduate Diploma) at University of Greenwich and his Part 3 (Professional Certificate in Architecture) at University of Leeds.
He has 11 years post part 3 experience within the healthcare, educational, commercial and residential sectors. Last year was spent gaining experience on a BIM Level 2 project.
Jaibo is currently working on the National Space Park for the University of Leicester.
Celia Hsin
Designer
Celia gained her Bachelor of Art in Architectural Studies and Master of Architecture at the University of Hong Kong and also has a MSc in Environmental Design and Engineering from the Bartlett, University College London. She studied for her Part 3 at the Architectural Association and has nine years of post-part 3 experience working on various projects including commercial, education, residential and mixed use.
Celia joined us in September 2019 and is currently working on the National Space Park for the University of Leicester.
Regina Ortega
Designer
Regina joined Shepheard Epstein Hunter in December 2017 after having gained experience working on residential, retail and commercial projects around Greater London. She completed her MArch qualification at Kingston University in 2016.
Regina is currently working on two of our higher education schemes for the University of Leicester.
Also, Regina is busy studying at Westminster University completing her Part 3 studies.
Robert Maczka
Designer
Robert started at SEH in August 2019. He graduated at Poznan University of Technology in 2017 having studied for his Part 2 (Masters).
Robert is currently working on a scheme providing 40 units and a two-story community centre which includes Library, Youth Centre and GP practice.
Amit Bura
Designer
After completing his Part 1 / BA (Hons)Bachelor Degree at the University of Portsmouth 2014 and Part 2 / MArchD Masters in Architectural Design at Oxford Brookes University 2017, Amit joined us in August 2019.
Amit is currently working on a Library and Community Centre and Residential Apartment Block.

Christina joined Shepheard Epstein Hunter in September 2014 as an administrator having previously worked with architectural practices for over ten years, firstly at Andrew Downie & Partners and then at Benoy Architects.
Anna Saisani

Anna joined Shepheard Epstein Hunter in August 2016 as part of our administration team, looking after our clients and visitors who come to visit us at Phoenix Yard.
